A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay (100% for a single night
stay) is required to guarantee your reservation.
We do not impose a minimum length of stay except in the foliage season (September/October), when we usually have a two night minimum.
Deposits are fully refunded for cancellations made at least fourteen days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. When cancellations are made within fourteen days of the scheduled arrival date we reserve the right to retain deposits paid. If you do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date, or depart before the final date of a guaranteed reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your expected stay.
Registration is between 4:00 p.m and 7:00
p.m. Please contact us in advance if you would like to arrange
an early or late check-in.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
so that we have sufficient time to prepare the rooms for incoming
guests.
Gratuities are at your discretion.
We do not impose administration or service charges of any kind.
Clean air: We do not allow outdoor shoes in the house, in order to preserve good air quality. Feel free to bring a pair of favourite slippers or we have numerous pairs you may borrow for the duration of your stay.
The Woodstocker is designed with the comfort and relaxation
of adults in mind, so we ask you to leave your children behind
when you visit, however well behaved they are.
We do not host pets, but will gladly help you find kennel accommodations
in the area for your four-legged travelling companions.
We happily accept Visa and MasterCard credit, as well as personal cheques or cash.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Woodstocker.
A $100 cleaning fee will be levied for violating this restriction.
